Designed to connect wall-mounted regulators
to LPG gas cylinders with Type I valves.
One end has a 1/4" male inverted flare fitting.
Other end has a thermoplastic QCC nut for quick and easy hand tight connection.
The "new-style" QCC connection will not allow any gas to flow through unless properly connected, and has a heat-sensing fail-safe feature that shuts off all gas flow if the the temperature reaches 2400° to 3000° F. Additionally, a controlled-flow device will activate in the case of a downstream gas system break (activates at 200 cubic feet / hour).
Fully assembled, leak-tested, and UL listed.
