When using Git-Rot, only mix small batches (around 4 oz.) since the larger the quantity, the greater the reaction and the faster the cure. Mix 1 part "B" and 3 parts "A", and shake vigorously for a minute. Immediately apply to the dry rotted area -- the epoxy penetrates best immediately after it's mixed. It will solidify overnight, but needs a full week for maximum strength.
