DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO SEAMAR

From I-5 going north:

1. EXIT 167 from the left lane - MERCER STREET.
2. Take a RIGHT on FAIRVIEW.
3. LEFT on VALLEY.
4. RIGHT onto WESTLAKE AVE N.
5. Westlake becomes NICKERSON.
6. Continue on NICKERSON to the STOP SIGN in the LEFT LANE.
7. LEFT TURN at this STOP SIGN and follow road up and around to another STOP SIGN.
8. LEFT TURN at this 2nd STOP SIGN. This puts you WESTBOUND on WEST EMERSON ST.
9. RIGHT at the SECOND LIGHT. Now you are going NORTH on 21st AVE W.
10. We are on your left just after the road curves to the left.

Directions from Westbound I-90:

1. Go to I-5 NORTH.
2. Exit I-5 on EXIT 167 from the left lane - MERCER STREET.
3. Take a RIGHT on FAIRVIEW.
4. LEFT on VALLEY.
5. RIGHT onto WESTLAKE AVE N.
6. Westlake becomes NICKERSON.
7. Continue on NICKERSON to the STOP SIGN in the LEFT LANE.
8. LEFT TURN at this STOP SIGN and follow road up and around to another STOP SIGN.
9. LEFT TURN at this 2nd STOP SIGN. This puts you WESTBOUND on WEST EMERSON ST.
10. RIGHT at the SECOND LIGHT. Now you are going NORTH on 21st AVE W.
11. We are on your left just after the road curves to the left.

Directions from I-5 going SOUTH:

1. Take EXIT 173 NORTHGATE WAY
2. Turn right onto NORTHGATE WAY. You are now heading WEST.
3. NORTHGATE WAY becomes 105th.
4. STAY on 105th. 105th will veer to the left and become HOLMAN ROAD.
5. HOLMAN ROAD turns left and becomes 15th.
6. STAY on 15th. You are now heading SOUTH on 15th.
7. CROSS the BALLARD BRIDGE
8. RIGHT on WEST EMERSON. (This is the first EXIT to the RIGHT at the SOUTH end of the BRIDGE)
9. You are now heading WEST on WEST EMERSON ST.
10. RIGHT at the SECOND LIGHT. Now you are going NORTH on 21st AVE W.
11. We are on your left just after the road curves to the left.

Directions from Westbound SR520 / Evergreen Point Bridge:

1. Go to I-5 SOUTH
2. Exit I-5 to the right at MERCER STREET (It's the first exit to the right and you'll need to get over to the right side of I-5.)
3. Take a RIGHT on FAIRVIEW.
4. LEFT on VALLEY.
5. RIGHT onto WESTLAKE AVE N.
6. Westlake becomes NICKERSON.
7. Continue on NICKERSON to the STOP SIGN in the LEFT LANE.
8. LEFT TURN at this STOP SIGN and follow road up and around to another STOP SIGN.
9. LEFT TURN at this 2nd STOP SIGN. This puts you WESTBOUND on WEST EMERSON ST.
10. RIGHT at the SECOND LIGHT. Now you are going NORTH on 21st AVE W.
11. We are on your left just after the road curves to the left.

Directions from Downtown Seattle:

1. Head NORTH out of Seattle on ELLIOTT AVENUE (Find DENNY, which becomes WESTERN, which becomes ELLIOTT)
2. ELLIOTT becomes 15th AVE W. Keep heading NORTH on 15th AVE W.
3. Take the WEST EMERSON / FISHERMEN'S TERMINAL EXIT to the right (just before you go over the BALLARD BRIDGE) and follow the overpass hard to the right until you reach a STOP SIGN.
4. LEFT TURN at this STOP SIGN. This puts you WESTBOUND on WEST EMERSON ST.
5. RIGHT at the SECOND LIGHT. Now you are going NORTH on 21st AVE W.
6. We are on your left just after the road curves to the left.
